Banners broker panels, traffic and macro explained

When you buy banners broker panels they need to be activated with traffic or "traffic hits" as banners broker call it.

Your first purchase of your initial package however comes with complimentary traffic. Which basically means you do not have to qualify the panels, as banners broker are giving you this traffic as a way of saying thank you for purchasing the package.

The panels that you receive on your initial package purchase are complimentary 1 panels. Noitice I have set the repurchase setting to 100%. This panel finished at 100% meaning that the system automatically repurchased two panels, which I also receive complimentary traffic for known as complimentary 2.

You may set your complimentary one panels to 50% if you wish, meaning you will only repurchase one panel per colour. It's up to you. I do recommend you set your complimentary 1 panels to 100% as banners broker are giving you traffic for free on your second set of panels meaning you are getting free traffic to two panels instead of one.

 A complimentary 1 panel.

A complimentary two panel.

As you can see above, your first two cycles you are not required to apply traffic to your panels. However from you 3rd cycle onwards you will be required to apply the traffic hits yourself. See the pictures below for an example.

Unqualified yellow panels

Unqualified purple panel

The two ways that you can apply traffic to your panels

1: Sales credits:
Sales credits are awarded to you for referring people to banners broker. For every one panel that referral purchases you receive half a sales credit.
For example: The unqualified purple panel above needs 15,000 hits to qualify it. So if your referral purchased one purple panel, you would receive 7,500 hits into your traffic bank. If they were to purchase two then you would have enough to qualify one panel.

What's good about sales credits is that you don't just earn a sales credit off your referrals initial purchase. You earn sales credits off of all their future panel purchases for as long they're a member of banners broker.
This applies to anyone you refer to banners broker, whether you refer two people or two hundered people.

2: Traffic packs
If you do not wish to refer anyone to bannersbroker you can purchase traffic packs from your back office. Traffic packs cost $50 and for that you will receive 50,000 traffic hits. If you apply them to your panels rather than your own advertising campaigns they will double that to 100,000 traffic hits, which is enough to qualify $200 worth of panels.

Of the two options above I would recommend referring people to bannerbroker as you will make more money because you are not having to purchase traffic packs from your profits to qualify your panels. It's entirely up to you though.

Panels revenue and traffic required

Panel          Revenue      Traffic required     Panel cap

Yellow         $10             5000                      $20
Purple          $30             15000                    $60
Blue             $90             45000                    $180
Green           $270          135000                  $540
Red              $810          405000                  $1620
Black            $2430       1215000                $4860

Revenue is the total you will earn from the panel, traffic required is pretty self explanatory and panel cap is the total that the panel has to reach to complete.
Remember that 50% of the panel revenue is used to repurchase another panel hence why revenue is half of panel cap.

Banners broker macro

A commonly asked question is "what is there to stop me buying a large amount of say green panels, doubling my money and getting out quickly".
Well banners broker is not a get rich quick scheme and the way they control this is through macro.

If you look at the picture below you can see the macro available for each colour. It is basically a way of controlling how much traffic you can apply to any given colour panels at any time. At the time of taking this picture I have enough to qualify the following panels.

Yellow 2 1/2
Purple  0
Blue     4
Green  1
Red     2
Black   1

As you can see I have run out of macro on my purple panels which means I cannot start any more purple panels until a blue panel finishes, however as I have enough macro to qualify four blue panels what I can do is roll up three purple panels into a blue one and qualify it.

How macro is restored

Macro is restored by activating a panel above another colour. For example, If  I were to activate a blue panel now it would put 30,000 macro back into my purple panels. Enough macro to activate two panels. This works on all panel levels. Black panel macro is infinite and has no limit as it is the highest level panel and automatically returns to 1,215,000 after activating one black panel. So you could have as many black panels as you want basically.
